Our Dental Wellness Membership Savings Plan

The Dental Wellness Plan is a discount program, not an insurance plan. You can choose between two plan options that help families without dental insurance access affordable care. Plan 1

• - Covers two routine dental cleanings per year
• - All X-rays needed are covered for the year
• - Covers periodic dental exam by dentist at time of dental cleaning
• - Covers one additional limited/emergency exam and X-ray per year (we are with our patients when they most need us)
• - 20% discount on any procedures needed (NO EXCLUSIONS)
• - Any additional cleanings during the year for patients with gum/periodontal disease discounted to $75 (compare at $115)
• - Total Cost : $250 per person / $200 per additional family member (includes fluoride application once a year for patients below 16 yrs of age - a $35 value)

Plan 2

• - Covers two dental cleanings per year
• - X-rays/bitewing X-rays at $20 once a year (any additional X-ray charged at $10 per X-ray as needed)
• - Periodic exam at $20 twice a year (total $40)
• - Limited/Emergency exam and X-ray at $40-65 (depends on X-rays needed)
• - 20% discount on most procedures (exclusions apply on some surgical procedures)
• - Total cost: $185 per person/$160 per additional family member (no coverage for fluoride application)
